A Perry Township Cemetery Levy Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Perry which is in Pickaway County.

This measure sought to add to the cemetery levy by a rate of $.15 per $100 of assessed property value for a period of five years in order to further pay for cemetery maintenance and operational costs in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

An additional tax for the benefit of Perry Township for the purpose of MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE CEMETERY at a rate not exceeding one and five-tenths (1.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amount to fifteen cents ($0.15) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
