A Perrysburg City Transportation Tax question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wood County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the City of Perrysburg to impose a 1.45 mills ($1.45 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) tax levy for five years in order to fund public transportation services.[1]
