Pete Lee (b. October 11, 1947) is a Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives. He has represented the 18th district since 2011. He unsuccessfully ran for election to the Colorado State Senate in 2008. In 2004, he served as volunteer coordinator for the John Morse Senate Campaign and as campaign manager/treasurer for the Ken Barela House District 19 Campaign.

Lee earned his BA in English/Politics and Government from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1970. He went on to attend Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania from 1970 to 1971. He then received his JD from the University of Akron Law School in 1975.

Lee has worked in the following positions: co-owner of Soda Straw Restaurant, ski instructor for Monarch Ski Corporation, real estate worker for Trans Western Properties, instructor in law for Webster University, Ohio personnel manager for Superiors Meats from 1970 to 1975, personnel services director for Holly Sugar Corporation from 1975 to 1981, and lawyer for Hill Corrigan Morgan and Krall from 1982 to 1986. He has worked as an attorney since 1986.

Lee won re-election in the 2012 election for Colorado House of Representatives District 18. He ran unopposed in the June 26, 2012, Democratic primary. He defeated Jennifer George (R), Robert Melamede (L) and Amy Fedde (C) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
