Peter C. Schwartzkopf (b. January 15, 1955) is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 14. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002. He currently serves as Speaker of the House.


Schwartzkopf is a retired captain and troop commander with the Delaware State Police.
