Peter Fagan (b. June 12, 1957) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Rutland-5-1 since 2009.

He has also served on the Rutland School Board.

Fagan has served in the Vermont National Guard as a Colonel.

Fagan earned his BS from Louisiana State University in 1980. He later received his Master's in Strategic Studies at Army War College in 2005.
