Winters won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Orange 1. Winters was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and won re-election in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
2010
Winters ran for re-election to the Orange 1 District in 2010. He ran against Rodney Graham (R), Susan Hatch Davis (P), and John Taylor (P) in the general election on November 2, 2010. According to unofficial results Winters won one of the two seats in the district, but as of November 15 a recount is pending.[3]
