Phynaus Wilson, III was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the Arkansas House of Representatives, District 37.

Wilson earned his bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance from Arkansas Tech University in 2002. He went on to receive his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2004. Wilson then worked for Congressman Vic Snyder from 2005 to 2011.

Wilson ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives, District 37. Wilson was defeated by Eddie Armstrong, III in the May 22 Democratic primary.[2][3]
