|“|| A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Pike Township, including the Village of North Hampton, for the purpose of providing and maintaining fire apparatus, or appliances and to provide ambulance and emergency medical services, at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.25 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
