Shall the term limits imposed by Colorado Constitution Article XVIII, Section 11 (1), which limit the number of consecutive terms an elected government official may hold office, be eliminated in the Town of Platteville pursuant to Colorado Constitution Article XVIII, Section 11 (2)?[3]
