Language on the ballot:

Shall the Township of Pleasant Plains be authorized to use monies from the special assessment for refuse/garbage pickup services in the unincorporated portion of the Township (approved by the voters in 2008 and expiring in 2014) for the abatement of blight and the demolition of dilapidated buildings to the extent that such monies are in excess of the funds needed for refuse/garbage pickup services?[1][3]
