A Plumas Eureka Community Services District Parcel Tax, Measure A ballot question was on the March 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the Plumas Eureka Community Services District in Plumas County, where it was approved.[1]

Due to the approval of Measure A, owners of parcels in the district will pay these taxes:

The election was held on a mail-in-only basis. A 2/3rds supermajority vote was needed for approval.

Ballot text

The question on the ballot:

"To maintain local fire protection and emergency medical response services for properties within the Plumas Eureka Community Services District, so that victims of heart attack, stroke, car accidents and other medical emergencies can receive rapid response care, and to keep property insurance rates manageable, do you support an annual special property tax with all revenue staying in our community, for local fire protection and emergency medical response services?[2]
