This measure sought to renew the park levy which is set at a rate of $.084 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further six years in order to continue to pay for operational and maintenance costs in the park district area.[2]

| Shall a tax, of approximately $0.084065 cents per thousand dollars of assessed valuation (based on 100% of true and fair value) to provide $49,500 (forty-nine thousand five hundred dollars) for operation and maintenance purposes be levied for the Point Roberts Park and Recreation District #1 in 2011 for collection in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 upon all taxable property within the District, all as specified in Point Roberts Park and Recreation District #1, Resolution One? |
