The question on the ballot:

The Board of Directors of Port Townsend School District No. 50 adopted Resolution No. 11-13, concerning a proposition to finance upgrades and renovations to school facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to upgrade technology, roofs, carpets, telecommunications, sidewalks and safety/security systems throughout the District's school facilities; renovate Grant Street School, the High School, Blue Heron School and Bus Barn; and levy the following excess taxes, on all taxable property within the District: Collection Years: 2013-2016; Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $.51, $.58, $.58, $.58; Levy Amount: $1,181,500. All as provided in Resolution No. 11-13. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
