Two Potterville Fire and operations Levy Increase measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Potterville, which is in Eaton County.
Both measures were defeated
The first measure sought to increase the emergency services levy by a rate of $1.42 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help pay for fire and emergency services offered in the city.[1]
The second measure sought to increase the current operations levy by a rate of $4.08 per $1,000 of assessed property value in order to help with general city operational costs.[2]
