Put-In-Day Township Levy Measures, 5 (November 2011)

Five Put-In-Day Township Levy Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Put-In-Day which is in Ottawa County.

All five measures were approved[1]

The first measure sought to renew the current medical levy which is set at a rate of .75 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for emergency medical services in the township.

The second measure sought to renew the current Middle Bass Hall levy which is set at a rate of 1 mill for a further five years in order to help pay for maintenance and upkeep of the hall.

The third measure sought to renew the current Middle Bass levy which is set at a rate of 8 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for maintenance and upkeep of the roads in the area.

The fourth measure sought to renew the current Middle Bass fire levy which is set at a rate of 2 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for the volunteer fire department in Middle Bass.

The fifth measure sought to replace the current North Bass refuse levy with one set at a rate of 3 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for maintenance of a refuse site in the North Bass area.[2]
