Rachel Bly was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 76 of the Iowa House of Representatives.

Bly attended Drake University, receiving an MPA degree. She also earned a Bachelor's in Political Science from Grinnell College.[1]

Bly ran in the 2012 election for Iowa House of Representatives District 76. She ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012, and was defeated by David E. Maxwell (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
