Prior to joining the House, Storch served as Consultant to McCormack Baron from 2004-2005, Legal Counsel and Director of Policy to State Senator Ken Jacob from 2002-2003, and Deputy Chief of Staff/Senior Policy Advisor to Senator Jean Carnahan from 2000-2002. She earned her J.D. from Washington University and B.A. in History/Literature from Harvard University.
