Kilzer served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1996 to 1998.
Biography
Kilzer earned his B.A. from St. John's University. He later received his M.D. from Marquette University School of Medicine. Kilzer also holds a M.P.H. from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is an orthopedic surgeon and a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. Kilzer is a veteran of the United States Army.
