A Rancho Santiago Community College District bond proposition, Measure Q ballot question was on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the Rancho Santiago Community College District in Orange County, where it was approved.
Measure Q authorized the district to borrow $198 million.
A 55% supermajority vote was required for approval.
