Randal Mangham was a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 94th District from 2001-2011. He did not seek re-election in 2010. Mangham instead ran for Governor, losing in the primary.

Mangham is President of the Metropolitan Management Corporation. He served as City Attorney/City Judge in City of Greenville from 1990-1992, and was a Partner in the Law Firm of Kendall, Mangham, Kendall and Hurst from 1981-1985.

He is a founding Board Member of the Georgia Association of African American Attorneys, and Board Member of the South DeKalb Community Development Corporation.[1]
