Randy Hinshaw was a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 21st District from 1994 to 1998 and again from 2002 to 2010.


Hinshaw's professional experience includes working as an Education Specialist and as a self-employed independent business consultant.

Hinshaw is a member of the Alabama Democratic Conference, Alabama New South Coalition, Madison County Mental Health Board and Vice President of the Northeast Huntsville Civic Association.[1]
