Scott won re-election in the 2012 election for Colorado House of Representatives District 55 due to redistricting. He ran unopposed in the June 26, 2012, Republican primary. He defeated Dan Robinson (D) and Virgil Fenn (L) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
