Ray Vandeveer (b. July 8, 1953) is a Republican member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 52 from 2007 to 2013. Before becoming a Senator, Vandeveer was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1999 to 2007.

Vandeveer graduated with his Bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State and is a former Real Estate Appraiser.

Vandeveer won re-election to the 52nd District Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. Becky Siekmeier ran for the seat on the DFL ticket and John McCallum ran for the Independence Party. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
