The question on the ballot:

In order to replace an existing General Fund Maintenance and Operations levy and to meet the essential educational needs of the students of the Raymond School District # 116, shall the District levy the following excess taxes on all taxable property within the District: Collection Year: 2013-2016; Approximate Levy Rate per $1000 Assessed Value: $4.06; Levy Amount: $860,371. All as specified in District Resolution No. 11-12-01.[3]
