Readington Township Open Space Tax (November 2009)
From Ballotpedia
There was a Readington Township Open Space Tax question on the November 3 ballot in Hunterdon County for voters in the Township of Readington.
This questions asked voters if they would approve a two cent increase of the Open Space Tax levy, making it four cents. The tax would have been taken out of local property taxes and would have been used to preserve the township's rural character, its drinking water and its remaining green spaces.[1]
