A Reardan-Edwall School District Levy Replacement measure was on the February 8, 2011 ballot in the Reardan-Edwall school district area which is in both Lincoln and Spokane Counties.

This measure sought to replace an expiring levy with one set at a rate of $2.73 per $1,000 of assessed property value for four years in order to help pay for operation and education program costs in the district area.[2]
