Richard A. Wagner was a judge for the Sixth Judicial District Court in Nevada. He was elected to the court in 1990 and retired from the bench in December 2014.[1][2][3]

Education

Wagner received his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and his J.D. degree from the University of California Hastings School of Law.[1]

Career

From 1974 until his election to the Sixth Judicial District Court in 1990, Wagner served as a district attorney for Pershing County. He also previously served as a deputy district attorney in Lovelock, Nevada.[1]
