Biography

Adams earned a B.S. in Agriculture Education from the Ohio State University. He would later receive a Master's degree and J.D. from the Ohio State University. He has worked as a superintendent of Upper Valley Joint Vocational School and a high school teacher. Adams has served as a member of the Board of Elections and a County Commissioner for Miami County.
