Biography
Grabowski grew up in neighborhoods on Chicago’s south and southwest side.[2] Grabowski went to St. Augustine grade school, attended De La Salle, graduated St. Joseph HS in Chicago, and attended Moraine Valley Community College.[2]
Career
Grabowski is a materials supervisor at a west suburban manufacturing company. [2]
Elections
2012
Grabowski ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Illinois' 3rd District. Grabowski lost to Daniel Lipinski in the general election.[3] Grabowski had sought the nomination on the Republican ticket. [4] The signature filing deadline was December 27, 2011, with the primary taking place on March 20, 2012.
Incumbent Daniel Lipinski defeated challenger Farah Baqai in the Democratic primary on March 20, 2012.[1] In the Republican primary, Grabowski defeated Arthur Jones and Jim Falvey.[1]
