Richard McClain (b. December 31, 1941) is a former Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 24 from 1994 to 2012. He was a Jefferson Township Trustee from 1978-1982.

McClain worked as a Logansport City Engineer, Sales engineer with Micro Electronics, and served in the United States Navy.

He is a member of the American Legion, Farm Bureau, Georgetown Volunteer Fire Department, Jaycees, Junior Achievement Program for Students, Logansport/Cass County Chamber of Commerce, Lucerne Christian Church, Mental Health Association, Red Cross, Rotary, and United Way.[1]
