Richard Morrissette (b. April 28, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 92nd District since 2004.
Morrissette received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1979. He received his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1984. He worked as a legal aide for the Western Oklahoma Public Defender from 1986 to 1992; worked on the staff of the Oklahoma State Senate from 1985 to 1986; and practiced law. He has one child, Danielle.
