Richard Pikul was a Democratic candidate for the District 51 seat in the Kansas House of Representatives in 2012.

Pikul ran for election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 51. Pikul defeated Scott Briggs in the August 7 Democratic primary and was defeated by Ron Highland (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
