Biography
Sattgast was born and raised in Spearfish, South Dakota. He graduated from Spearfish High School and went on to earn a BS from Black Hills State University and a MPA from New Mexico Highlands University. He served on active duty in the U.S. Army and in the South Dakota National Guard for a collective 25 years. [1]
