A Richmond Heights City Levy Increase measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was defeated.

This measure proposed to authorize a 0.25% increase of income tax, bringing the rate from 2% to 2.25% per year. The additional revenue will be used for general functions of the City.[1]
