Rita Martinson (b. September 11, 1937) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. She has represented the 58th District since 1992.

Martinson is a businesswoman. She has previously been Vice President of GardenWorks Incorporated, and Marketing/Sales/Vice President of Green Oak Nursery and Florist. She earned her BA from Millsaps College.

Martinson served as Treasurer of the Madison County Republican Executive Committee from 1993-1997.[1]
