A River Valley School District Bond Measure was on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the school district of River Valley which is in Berrien County.

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $14,000,000 in order to help to remodel and construct additions to the elementary school building as well as furnishing and installing new equipping the new facilities. This election is currently under review for voting impropriaties. One voting site recorded more votes than there are voters registered at that site. Also, allegedly, votes from residents outside the district were included in the count. Therefore this is a noncertified reporting and the results may change.

Update 8/6/2010 County Clerk will will look into rumors of improriaty but will not formally investigate or recount the vote unless a registered voter in the district requests a recount. Voters outside the district or businesses and government agencies can not request a recount or an investigation. Therefore, the vote cuttently stands as recorded above.[1]
