Stewart lost to Democratic incumbent John Day by a margin of 4,491 to 2,174. Libertarian candidate Paul Dijak-Robinson came in third with 292 votes. [1] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
In the May 4th primary, Stewart ran unopposed and received 891 votes. [2]
