Robert Behning (b. January 18, 1954) is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 91 since 1992.

Behning is the Owner of Berkshire Florist.

He is a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Decatur Township Civic Council, Decatur Township Lion's Club, Guilford Township Civic Association, Indiana Convention Visitors Association, President of the Board of Lutheran High School of the Mooresville Chamber of Commerce, National Federation of Independent Businesses, Southwest Multi-Service Center Board, and the Westview Hospital Board of Directors.[1]

Behning won re-election in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 91. Behning defeated Michael S. Scott in the May 8 Republican primary[2] and defeated Michael J. Blinn (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012. [3][4]

Behning defeated Democratic candidate Timothy Huber and Libertarian candidate Matt Amormino with 11,244 votes to win re-election. Huber received 1,018 votes and Amormino received 689 votes in the November 2 general election. [6]
