Robert Foose (b. February 14, 1942) is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing the Merrimack 1 District from 2004 to 2012. Foose was a candidate for Merrimack 32 in 2002.

Foose's professional experiences include vice president of Philadelphia College of Art and of Colby Sawyer College; president of R and G Enterprises; and associate dean at Vermont Law School.

Foose earned a B.A. from Hamilton College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
