Biography
Kenney was an Assistant Attorney General in the Missouri Attorney General's Office, practicing in the Consumer Protection Division. He then worked in private practice at the law firm Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC. Prior to joining the MPSC, Kenney served as Chief of Staff to Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster.[2]

Kenney has served as a member of the Missouri Public Service Commission since 2009. He was named as Chairman in March 2013 following Kevin Gunn's resignation.[3]
