Williams earned his BS from Fairmont State College. He went on to receive his MS from West Virginia University.
Williams is currently a real estate appraiser and farmer. Williams has worked as Director of Marketing and Development for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. He has also worked in the past as a plant pathologist. He is currently a real estate appraiser and farmer.[1]
