Robert Zirkin

Robert Zirkin has been a Democratic member of the Maryland Senate since 2006.
He earned his Bachelor's degree from the Johns Hopkins University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center in 1998.
In 2000 Zirkin was admitted to the Maryland Bar.[1]
