Roberts v. Priest may refer to two different court cases, one in 1998 and one in 2000:

Bobby Roberts filed two pre-election challenge lawsuits against measures certified by Arkansas Secretary of State Sharon Priest, who acted as defendant in both cases according to her official duty. Both cases concerned initiative measures sponsored by John Hoyle and supported by the Arkansas Taxpayers Association. One case was in 1998 and the other was in 2000. Both resulted in rulings in favor of Roberts, blocking the initiative measures from the ballot.
