Robles-Wong, et al. vs. the State of California is a lawsuit filed in May 2010 by 73 plaintiffs against the State of California.[1]

The plaintiffs content that California's educational finance system is unconstitutional because it does not provide students in the state with the quality education guaranteed to them in the California Constitution.

Plaintiffs include 9 school districts and the California Congress of Parents, Teachers & Students.
