Rodrik Brosten was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 9 of the Montana House of Representatives.


Campaign themes


In an interview with the Bigfork Eagle, Brosten said his platform was based on education, the creation of a state-owned bank (modeled after North Dakota), and job creation as a means of improving the Montanan economy. He also expressed support for a single-payer health insurance system.[1]

Brosten ran in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 9. Brosten ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and was defeated by incumbent Scott Reichner (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
