Ron Dodson (b. September 16) was a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing district 75. Dodson was sworn into office on November 16, 2009 after Celeste Johnson resigned from her position as district 75 representative. He did not seek re-election in 2010.

He previously served in the Georgia State House from 1998 to 2006 as well. Prior to serving as a representative, Dodson served on the Lake City Council from 1985 to 1990. He also served as County Commissioner for Clayton County from 1990 to 1994.

Dodson received his diploma from Southwest Atlanta High School in 1958.

Dodson served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1968. He then worked in marketing from 1968 to 1975. He has been a General Contractor since 1975.
