Biography

Seiford was born in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1969. He earned his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and his M.B.A. from Capella University. He is a financial advisor and college instructor. He is an adjunct professor and teaches business courses. He has been a member of the Economic Development Commission for the city of Woodbury since 2008. ^[1]
