Biography
Vincent was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and spent much of his career with GE Energy. He spent three years in the military as a radio operator with the US Army. He has 15 years of business experience in Western and Eastern Europe, where he learned to speak and write German. He is a member of the Main Street Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. [2]

2012
Vincent ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Mississippi's 4th District. He was defeated by incumbent Steve Palazzo in the March 13 primary.[3][4]
