Ronald Ellis was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 2 of the Kansas State Senate.

Ellis taught for 37 years in the Oskaloosa School District. He currently owns and operates a cattle herd.[1]

Ellis ran in the 2012 election for Kansas State Senate District 2. He defeated Jeremy Ryan Pierce in the Republican primary on August 7, and was defeated by incumbent Marci Francisco (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
