Campaign themes

Mosby made education a top priority of his campaign, and has stated: "I believe in school choice; that is, the choice of parents to send children to a public or private school, or to home school if they so desire. My wife and I chose to send our children to public school. I believe that our institutions of primary and secondary instruction become better when there are alternatives available for children and their families. For those families that either cannot or choose not to enroll students in a private school, a quality public education should be made available to them. I intend to be an advocate for quality public schools."[3]
